Refund policy
At Fashion Hub Studio, we take pride in crafting bespoke bridal and groom wear that is tailored to perfection. As each of our garments is made-to-order and customized according to your specifications, we have a strict return and refund policy in place to ensure the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Returns
Due to the custom nature of our bridal and groom wear, we do not accept returns on any made-to-order or bespoke garments. Each piece is crafted specifically for you, taking into account your measurements, preferences, and design details, which makes it impossible to resell or reuse.
However, if there are any issues with your garment regarding workmanship or if the product does not match your original order, we encourage you to get in touch with our team immediately. We will work with you to address any concerns and ensure your satisfaction.
Alterations
We understand that fittings may require minor adjustments. As part of our commitment to providing the perfect fit, we offer one complimentary alteration service within 10 days of receiving your garment. Please contact our team to schedule an appointment for alterations.
For any additional alterations beyond the complimentary service, a fee may be applied, which will be discussed at the time of the request.
Refunds
Refunds are not applicable for custom or made-to-order bridal and groom wear due to the personalized nature of each piece. We invest significant time and craftsmanship in creating garments according to your unique specifications, which means we cannot offer refunds once production has begun.
However, refunds may be considered in the following exceptional cases:
- The garment does not match the agreed-upon design or specifications.
- There is a manufacturing defect that cannot be remedied through alterations.
If your request falls under these categories, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order, and our team will assess the issue and determine if a refund or correction is applicable.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on custom-made bridal or groom wear. Once your order has been completed and delivered, it cannot be exchanged for a different design, size, or style.
Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted within 3 days of placing your order. After this period, production on your custom garment will begin, and the order cannot be canceled. Please note that a cancellation fee of 25% may apply to cover initial design and consultation costs.
