Shipping Destinations
We proudly offer shipping both **nationwide** within Pakistan and **internationally** to selected countries.
Processing Time
Since all of our garments are custom-made to your specifications, the production time for each order varies. Typically, the creation of bridal and groom wear takes between 4 to 6 weeks. Once your garment is complete, we will notify you and proceed with the shipping process.
For urgent or rush orders, please reach out to us before placing your order, as additional charges may apply for expedited production and shipping.
Shipping Time
Domestic Shipping (within Pakistan):
Standard shipping typically takes 4 to 7 business days after the order has been dispatched from our studio.
International Shipping:
International shipping times vary depending on the destination country and shipping method. Delivery generally takes 15 to 21 business days once the package has been dispatched. Please note that international shipments may experience delays due to customs processing.
Shipping Fees
Domestic Shipping:
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders within Pakistan. For express or expedited shipping, additional fees may apply.
International Shipping:
Shipping costs for international orders varies based on the destination and package weight. Any customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery through the courier’s website. Please note that it may take up to **24 hours** for tracking information to be updated after shipment.
Packaging & Care
Each garment is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We use high-quality protective materials to safeguard delicate fabrics and embellishments. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees, which are determined by the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Fashion Hub Studio is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, carrier issues, or customs inspections.
